Terribly disgusted by 2 girls who assisted in testing shoes today on June 12, 2021. Especially a young lady with blond hair. She doesn't say hello, she doesn't talk and when we wanted to try a different size than the one she exhibited, she almost charmed us with her eyes, so we apologize for bothering us and we'll never buy there again!

Visit to OC Haná 7.1. around 12:00 so reluctant and arrogant staff has not seen here yet. Fortunately, next to the competition, they are normal.

Every time I entered the store, I was greeted by the sight of the saleswomen behind the counter. It is not very pleasant when someone looks at you and you feel that they have doubts whether you can even afford this assortment. Absolutely no interest in a customer who is obviously looking for something - at that moment, the staff has a lot of work and no time for the customer. I am able to ignore these people, so I will not enter this shop and spend the money elsewhere. (store in OC Haná)

Reluctant staff, none of the present ladies answered the greeting, when they asked me to try on the shoes, they looked to me to see if I had gone crazy to want something from them… and that there were two employees with the shoes and no one anywhere. Mainly that he gave important labels… well nothing, I like to buy shoes elsewhere, the staff at the cash register I decided not to bother anymore ?

Incredible reluctance. I do not recommend to anyone. I came here to exchange shoes for a bigger number. First they told me that they didn't have bigger ones.

If I could, I wouldn't give a single star. At the most, for the special price of the shoes I was looking for. On 27.9. I visited the A3sport store in Šantovka in Olomouc. I've been looking for a specific type of low trekking boots for a year now (I have a problem getting my size, probably the largest women's). After entering the store, I tried in vain to find my way around the women's / men's shoes of the selected type. After going through all the walls with shoe racks several times, I was looking for one of the staff. After a while, I approached the young man (staff) with a question, how should I orientate myself in it, what are the differences in the given types, etc .. However, his knowledge of the store and the shoes sold was pathetic. He had no idea which shoes were women's and which men's, and nothing else. After requesting a different size, he brought me one shoe and disappeared, when I wanted to try another (unexpectedly), I had to find him again. He preferred to send my second shoe to my colleague and he didn't show up. I'm glad that I came up with a specific wish and my chosen shoes were in action, because when I thought that such an "expert" advised me to choose the type of shoes for some purpose and I should give more money for them, I would turn on my heel and she never came back. I don't plan to do that at all. In the end, I chose the men's when they were quite fit, because I had had enough of constantly circulating shops to get size. Otherwise I would not buy at this store. Being a management, I would choose employees much better .. To have at least a little interest and effort .. even a 10-year-old child can stand there and hide when you don't want anything from him ..

A visit to OC Hana, after entering you, no one will respond to the greeting. Lack of interest in customers. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to serve you, I gave up and left. I observe in the reviews that this is not just my impression.
