R	Roman M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omylem jsem do toho obchodu vstoupil a zeptal se prodavačky, zda mají kompresní ponožky. Ona na to: "Jasně, máme. A jak to vypadá?" Když jsem jí to vysvětlil, tak už méně nadšeně řekla, že ponožky mají rozdělené podle značek na ty se 3 pruhama a ty s fajfkou. Ani jedny nebyly kompresní. I accidentally entered the store and asked the saleswoman if they had compression socks. She said, "Sure, we do. And how does it look?" When I explained it to her, she said less enthusiastically that the socks were divided by the marks on those with 3 stripes and those with a pipe. ; None compression.

L	L H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyřizovala jsem reklamaci z e-shopu. Za pultem staly 2 mlade holky. Nebyly moc nadsene, ze prisel nekdo vratit zbozi z e-shopu zase (cemuz se nedivim, z vlastni zkusenosti vim, ze takovi zakaznici jsou vetsinou nevrli na prodavacky, ktere za nic nemuzou) nicmene vse probehlo v poradku a velmi rychle. Holky vedely, co delaji, chovaly se profesionalne, dokonce mi nabidly vraceni penez v hotovosti a ne na ucet, coz me mile prekvapilo. Behem 3 minut byla reklamace bez problemu vyrizena. I handled complaints from the e-shop. There were 2 young girls behind the counter. They weren't too excited that someone had come to return the goods from the e-shop again (which is no wonder, I know from personal experience that such customers are usually unruly for salesmen who can't do anything), however, everything went well and very quickly. The girls knew what they were doing, they behaved professionally, they even offered me a cash return and not an account, which pleasantly surprised me. Within 3 minutes, the complaint was settled without any problems.

Botu Vam prinesou nejprve jednu, pak na vyzvu druhou a kdyz chcete zaplatit, tak krabici Vam odnesou k pokladne, protoze by jste s tim mohli zdrhnout ... I haven't seen a purchase where you as a customer suspect preventively as a thief. They will bring you one shoe first, then the other at the request, and if you want to pay, they will take the box to the cash register, because you could run away from it ...
