P	Premysl Neumanm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborný a velký výběr dárků s logem Tatra ale naprosto špatná komunikace se zákazníky při dotazu na jeden produkt který byl momentálně vyprodaný jsem nedostal odpověď ani po dvou týdnech po telefonickém rozhovoru mi bylo řečeno že produkt je již týden opět v prodeji jen ještě nebyl čas jej umístit na e-shop a můj email také prý nebyl čas reagovat a při poslední objednávce jsem musel sám zjišťovat jak to z objednávkou vypadá email že je objednávka připravena mi nepřišel Excellent and large selection of gifts with the Tatra logo, but absolutely poor communication with customers when asked about one product that was currently sold out, I did not receive an answer even two weeks after the phone call, I was told that the product is on sale again for a week, just there was no time to place it to the e-shop and my email it was also said that there was no time to respond and during the last order I had to find out for myself what the email looks like from the order that the order is ready I did not receive
