Provedení prvního tisku nekvalitní- ve žluté ploše zjevné červené fleky. Požadavek uvedený v objednávce na zakulacení rohů neproveden. Po pozitivně vyřízené telefonické reklamaci (barva,rohy) přišly tisky znovu. Tisk kvalitní, ale v jiném počtu, než jaká byla objednávka a zakulacené rohy zase nejsou. Na reklamaci nemám čas ani chuť se tím zabývat. Přijde mi smutné, že dobrá myšlenka je pošlapána zjevně nedbalým přístupem. After a positively settled telephone complaint (color, corners), the prints came again. Print quality, but in a different number than the order and rounded corners are not. I don't have the time or desire to deal with it for a complaint. I find it sad that a good idea is trampled by an obviously careless approach.

I ordered a set of embroidered beach towels, but there was an issue for the supply. ABC Tiskarna told me what was happening and even changed the delivery to have it faster. I got the towels in time before leaving for Christmas. The towels looked great and I was ready for the holidays. Thanks a lot !
