K	Kat Lv Krumpalova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V akademii cvičím od září 2018 a neměnila bych. Cvičit se tady dá jak pro sebe, tak i s úmyslem účasti na závodech, ze kterých kluci vozí medaile. Atmosféra je hodně přátelská, všichni si navzájem pomáhají a učí se. Letos v létě s námi přijel trénovat i profesionální judista a zápasník MMA z Číny. Z našeho trenéra byl naprosto nadšený, příští rok přijede znovu! ABJJA přeju spoustu studentů a sportovních úspěchů! I have been practicing at the academy since September 2018 and I would not change. You can train here both for yourself and with the intention of participating in races, from which the boys take medals. The atmosphere is very friendly, everyone helps each other and learns. This summer, a professional judoka and MMA wrestler from China came to train with us. He was absolutely thrilled with our coach, he will come again next year! Mohu jen doporučit ! ABJJA is my first gym where I started with jiu jitsu a few years ago. Friendly atmosphere, lots of fun and experienced guys who will always be happy to advise and help you. I can only recommend !

Parádní tréningy v pyžamu i bez něj. Velmi unikátní systém pohybu, který si budete užívat a milovat jej. Vědomostí zde najdeš tolik, kolik uneseš... :-) Nejen myšlenka tě žene kupředu. Chceš méně nebo chceš více? Rozhodni se sám/sama.... Holky i kluci vítání! Nemáš-li zkušenosti, zde je nabydeš. Podle mě ideální místo pro trénink BJJ, zlepšování kondice a vlastní seberozvoj. Nice, clean facilities, great and experienced trainers, always willing to advise and help with the implementation of the technique. You will also meet a lot of friendly people and team members. In my opinion, an ideal place for BJJ training, fitness improvement and self-development.

The coaches do good and entertaining warmup for the core of the body. Overall the first impression is good. Artem reacts on feedback. He has the ability to really well explain what he wants from his trainees and explains why, using really good arguments. I did experience the effects of some principles from people in there. For example: What you give is what you get.
