★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevěřím vlastním očím. Necháte si platit každý rok za tel.podporu minimálně. 3000 korun a následně náhodou zjistím bez Vašeho upozorneni, ze vaše technická podpora má barevné linky kde se platí 7korun za minutu. To snad neeee. Vážně v roce 2019 máte zapotřebí takto podnikat ?
 I don't trust my eyes. You get paid every year for phone support at least. 3000 CZK and then accidentally find out without your notice that your technical support has color lines where you pay 7 crowns per minute. I don't think so. Do you really need to do this in 2019?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Software relativne kvalitni. Kdyby umoznoval inventarizaci zakladnich receptur s rozpracovanou vyrobou, nemeli bychom k softwaru vytku. Komunikace s podporou casto protivna, az na urovni zesmesneni uzivatele. Z pohledu zakaznika je zakaznicke zalozeni na urovni statni spravy a spise jeste mene, Prazsky obchodni zastupce drzy. Byt majitelem, vyhodim ho a jeste podam trestni oznameni za poskozeni. Priste bychom bohuzel volili lepsi sluzbu. Budu rad kdyz se majitel firmy zamysli... Rad pri zlepseni recenzi smazu... nevahejte me kontaktovat pro detaily!
Software of relatively high quality. If it allowed an inventory of basic recipes with work in progress, we would not blame the software. Communication with support is often annoying, up to the level of ridicule of the user. From the customer's point of view, the customer base is based on the level of state administration and is even less so, the Prague sales representative holds. Apartment owner, I'll fire him and file a criminal complaint for the damage. Unfortunately, we would choose a better service. I will be happy if the owner of the company thinks ...
