★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little bit far from Praha center, but very peaceful and cheap. There is a supermarket in front of the entrance. Free WiFi, exchange, reataurant, bowling, bar. Nice rooms, kind staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The toilet was dirty and had urine stains all over. I called the cleaning lady and she only cleaned the seat and left the actual toilet dirty. Ended up cleaning myself. The towels didn't seem fresh and the room smells like 1950.
The breakfast was poor, bread was hard, stay away from the orange juice as I couldn't tell what that was(tasted like pills) and the boiled eggs had feces on the shells.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is simple and functional. Great for small to mid-size conferences. The rooms are clean with really nice bathrooms. I was in a single room and the bed was a twin-size, which I find a bit small.
The staff were friendly and very customer-focused, especially the reception and the upper-level dining room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly and nice. Hotel management are so flexible that we got a discounted rate +upgraded room immediately when we asked for it at reception.
The lady who is taking care of breakfast is nice and hard worker, but the hotel would need to improve the service in that part. Variety and food quality can be much better.
