Kasíkem jsem domlouvala malou zakázku (výměna rozbité skleněné tabulky dveří) - byl ochotný, slušný, komunikace probíhala věcně, rychle, korektně, byl dokonce schopný a ochotný dorazit druhý den! V domluvený čas skutečně zvonil u domovních dveří. Ovšem k bytu již nikdy nedorazil :-), pouze jsem obdržela sms, že lituje, ale zakázku ruší. Mé telefonáty byly odmítnuté, na sms jsem odpověď z jakého důvodu neobdržela. Můžu se jen domnívat - ten den nejel v našem domě výtah a bydlíme ve 4.patře. I kdyby to ale byl ten problém, nešlo se domluvit na jiném termínu? My phone calls were rejected, I did not receive an answer to the SMS. I can only guess - that day there was no lift in our house and we live on the 4th floor. But even if that was the problem, couldn't another date be agreed?

Bud uzavru nebo mam otevreno a ne, ze zakaznik necha okno v chodbe, ktera je pristupna komukoli. Kde se pak budu dovolavat, ze se moje okno ztratilo. Domluvený termín vyzvednutí jsem musel opakovat, v provozně nikdo nebyl ani po předchozí dohodě. Strange approach of a craftsman. Strange opening hours. I just had to leave the door in the passage. I had to repeat the agreed pick-up date, no one was in the operation even by prior arrangement.

Pokud se okno neztrati tak musite doufat ze bude nekdo na dilne at okno zaplatite a vyzvednete, coz nikdy neini... There is no value in using this craftsman. Never in a workshop. They will tell you on the phone to leave the window in front of the store. This is, of course, unacceptable. If the window doesn't get lost, you have to hope that someone will be at the workshop to pay for the window and pick it up, which they never do ...
