★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis je jedno velké zklamání, zařízení Acer kvůli němu razantně nedoporučuji. Na záruční opravy zapomeňte, z pěti neuznali ani jednu. K nápravě pomohl až soudní znalec a ČOI.
 Service is one big disappointment, I strongly do not recommend Acer devices because of it. Forget about warranty repairs, they didn't recognize any of the five. Only a forensic expert and the CTIA helped to rectify the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak tento servis je opravdu odpad, lituju peněz, za které jsem si ten křáp koupil. Servis mi u NTB za 75K řekl, že se závada neprojevila (posílala jsem jim i video závady), ale nic.
So this service is really a waste, I regret the money for which I bought the crack. The service at NTB told me for 75K that the defect did not manifest itself (I also sent them a video defect), but nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja mám dva mesiace na tretej reklamácii Acer Aspire 5 a spokojný s autorizovaným servisom vôbec nie som. Neviem, ako tem prebieha testovanie, ale laptop mi vždy vrátili s tou istou chybou -- samovoľné reštartovanie. Doporučujem vedúcemu servisu, aby podobný notebook dal svojmu potomkovi, ked bude robiť skúšku na vysokej škole a počas skúšky, na ktorú sa pripravoval mesiac a pol, sa mu reštartuje samovoľne počítač. Som dva mesiace bez PC, mám predĺženú záruku na 3 roky, ale toto nie je normýálny autorizovaný servis!!! Katastrofa. To nie je ani za 1*.
I have two months on the third complaint of the Acer Aspire 5 and I am not at all satisfied with the authorized service. I don't know how they're testing, but the laptop always came back to me with the same error - a self-restart. I recommend that the service manager give a similar laptop to his descendant when he takes the college exam and the computer restarts on his own during the exam, which he has been preparing for a month and a half. I have been without a PC for two months, I have an extended warranty of 3 years, but this is not a normal authorized service !!! Disaster. It's not even for 1 *.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company doesn't use emails. Sometimes you need to communicate via e-mail, but in case of the company it's impossible. It creates additional discomfort.
DO NOT BUY ACER PRODUCT TO AVOID ACER SUPPORT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company managed to repair my tablet within 2 days. It's just great. Enormous number of emails (in czech, why not to write important parts in English?) you need to confirm is annoying, but after all the work was done super fast.
