Catastrophic company. Ordered 4 pcs of tires and one rubber in another area. Communication was shaking. I was willing to come or send and exchange for the right size. It was not possible at all. Of course I had to buy one tire somewhere else. Everything has dried out. They don't have lamps at all. business.Bacha on them!

Objednal jsem pneu za 1009 kč kus a došla mi odpověď že skladem je jen 1 kus a další letos už nebudou a proto se moje objednávka ruší a ejhle týden nato tyto pneu opět nějakým zázrakem jsou ale za 1 183 Kč Very serious company. I ordered a tire for 1009 kč piece and I got an answer that there is only 1 piece in stock and others will not be this year and therefore my order is canceled and this week later these tires again some miracle but for 1 183 CZK

P	PIVODAJI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S firmou jsem nejvíce spokojen. Kupoval jsem PNEU přes jejich eshop seznam-pneu.cz . Mají poštovné zdarma a maximálně si váží zákazníka. Mohu jenom doporučit. A většinou mají lepší ceny oproti konkurenci I am most satisfied with the company. I bought PNEU through their eshop seznam-pneu.cz. They have free shipping and value the customer the most. I can only recommend. And they usually have better prices than the competition

Stali 9 tisíc a dovolal jsme se jin tam pouze jednou, jinak na email nedepisuji a po telefonu se jim dovolavam X hodin denně už. I got tires with the wrong speed index. Po tří denním zkoušení dovolání se do tohoto eshopu s pokaždé téměř hodinovým čekáním na jejich lince a po tom, co nikdo nereaguje ani na maily, jsme nákup zde vzdali a pneu za 10 tis. kupujeme jinde. Asi mají dost jiných zákazníků. :-) Nechci ani vědět, jak by (ne)řešili reklamace. Nedoporučuji. Unfortunately, I can't give a good review. It is not possible to call the store and unfortunately not even write it via email. We only needed information on the required tires. After three days of trying to call this e-shop, each time waiting for almost an hour on their line and after no one responds to e-mails, we gave up the purchase here and tires for 10 thousand. we buy elsewhere. They probably have a lot of other customers. :-) I don't even want to know how they would (not) handle complaints. I do not recommend.

Ale "řešíme" to už přes měsíc, psal jsem email o adresu, kam mám poslat pneu zpět, bez odpovědi. Takže jsem poslal pneu na adresu, co mají vedenou na webových stránkách. Pneu mi přišli zpět s odůvodněním, že adresa je jen fakturační. Píšu emaily, volám na jejich linku, kde čekám i přes 25 min, bez odezvy a odpovědi. Takže pneu, které mi jsou k ničemu, protože mi poslali špatné, mi stále leží doma a oni díky mým penězům můžou ochcávat další lidi. I do not strongly recommend this company. We solve complaints - return goods within 14 days. But we have been "dealing" for over a month, I wrote an email about the address where I should send my tire back without reply. So I sent the tire to the address they kept on the website. Tires came back to me on the grounds that the address is billing only. I write e-mails, calling their line, where I have waited for more than 25 minutes, without any response or response. So the tires that are of no use to me because they sent me bad are still lying at home and they can pester other people with my money.
