★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasná paní Kratochvílová, která svou práci očividně miluje a pro zákazníka chce jen to nejlepší, co mu na očích vidí. Kéž by takto pracovali všichni, to bychom byli mnohem šťastnější stát... Nabízí věci, které se u nás jinde sehnat nedají, umí je kombinovat, ráda se podělí o zkušenosti, i ty nepříjemné, aby zákazníka uchránila před jejich opakováním. Prostě dělá to srdcem a když od ní pak odjíždíme, mám pocit, že jsem byl právě v lázních, takový je to balzám na duši. Máme nové úžasné závěsy, děkuji!

She just does it with her heart, and when we leave her, I feel like I've just been to a spa, that's a balm for the soul. We have new amazing curtains, thank you!
