When I was there a dentist who went to Prague was suuper.ale these are also great but I would say proffesional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zubní chirurg Chuiko..byla jsem na vyndani osmičky vyklepana jak ratlik po spatne zkusenosti s predeslymi zubaři..muzu rict ze profeaionalnejsi a zaroven lidsky pristup jsem nezazila.za me palec nahoru a dekuji za perfektne odvedenou praci. :-)
Dental surgeon Chuiko..I was on taking out the eighth knocked out as a ratlik after a bad experience with previous dentists..I can say from a more professional and human approach I nezazila.za me thumbs up and thank you for a perfectly done job. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem objednána na 7:45. Pan doktor dorazil do ordinace v 8:30, k ošetření jsem se dostala v 8:45. Ptala jsem se v průběhu čekání paní recepční, jestli ví, kdy pan doktor dorazí atd. Akorát mi odsekavala, ze neví, že to je jeho věc, že chodí pozdě pořád, že jede z Prahy, že ona taky jenom čeká jako já. Jenomže paní recepční by si měla uvědomit, že ona je na rozdíl od pacienta v práci, má se chovat profesionálně, nepráskat na doktora a chovat se omluvně. Pak mě ještě hezky babsky se sestrou pomluvily zatímco jsem seděla ve vedlejší místnosti čekárny. Žádný respekt k pacientovi a jeho času. Kdyby se pan doktor zdržel v ordinaci s nějakým pacientem, tak se to samozřejmě dá pochopit, ale ze mu v čekárně čekají objednaní pacienti, zatímco on si típne budíka, to je úplně nepřijatelné. Nikdo ze zaměstnanců se neomluvil za zdržení a plýtvání časem. Doporučuji najít si zubaře, který má respekt ke svým pacientům.
I was ordered for 7:45. The doctor arrived at the surgery at 8:30, I received treatment at 8:45. While waiting, I asked the receptionist if she knew when the doctor would arrive, etc. She just cut me off, not knowing that it was his business, that he was still late, that he was leaving Prague, that she was just waiting like me. However, the receptionist should realize that, unlike the patient, she is at work, should behave professionally, not crack at the doctor and be apologetic. Then my grandmother and my sister gossiped about me while I sat in the next room of the waiting room. No respect for the patient and his time. If the doctor stayed in the office with a patient, it would be understandable, of course, but the ordered patients are waiting for him in the waiting room while he beeps the alarm clock, which is completely unacceptable. None of the employees apologized for the delay and waste of time. I recommend finding a dentist who has respect for his patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to zubařská sro. Takže není špatná (je to zubař, vyšší hodnocení asi nedám) ale občas tam přijdete a jste poslání ke člověku kterého jste v životě neviděli. Což je dost na prášky, zvlášť když se zubařů bojíte tak vidět při každé návštěvě někoho jiného na klidu opravdu nepřidá. Taky je poněkud otravné, že když vám při preventivní prohlídce najdou kaz, tak se musíte extra objednat na jeho ošetření, takže tam budete muset jít podruhé.
It is zubařská sro. So it's not bad (it's a dentist, I probably won't give a higher rating) but sometimes you come there and you're a mission to a person you've never seen in your life. Which is enough for pills, especially when you're afraid of dentists, so seeing someone else at ease every time doesn't really add up. It is also a bit annoying that if you find a caries during a preventive examination, you have to order an extra for its treatment, so you will have to go there a second time.
