What’s very important for me is that the company’s interested in the professional development of its employees. There’s well established communication with meetings and phone calls. You can receive answers to any question.

Pluses: good management, decent salary, interesting assignments. And the fact that it’s an international company.
Minuses: there are sometimes difficulties in communication with people who take decisions. It’s not critical but it’s still a problem.
Overall, I never regretted working here. I left to work on my own project – that was my priority at the given time)
