Definitely not recommend. Mrs. Simona Benček (Ryšavá) brokered the sale of the apartment I bought. I will say it like this - if I had no experience with previous real estate deals and had no people around me who are professionals - I would never trust myself in the hands of someone so passive. All the time she seemed uncertain and confused. The visit was de facto led by the owner, negotiations on the price and the whole other process of Mrs. Benček was only present physically and was passive. As far as legal services are concerned, Mrs. Benček sent the Contract on the Transfer of Rights and Obligations of the Cooperative Flat and the Lease Agreement with the cooperative without any control and with the currently invalid provisions under the Act. With the expression that I am only complicating the situation, I have forwarded everything to my lawyer who has rectified the situation. The legal service in the second phase of the business was that Mrs. Bencek commented on the contracts from my lawyer - fortunately at the third and final stage she had already ceded the contract to a law firm that was professionally engaged in her work. And other misconducts, and other misconducts .... I was fascinated, for example, by the fact that, when handing over the apartment, she copied the status of a water meter and gas meter both without my person and without the former owner…. and sign - so I went around again, took a picture and checked.
