Dříve se pozemek přiděloval k bytu zdarma. Má nabídka byla 2000 nakonec se ozvala asi po 8 měsících jestli nabídka platí. A díky ochotě této paní se mi to zbytečně prodražilo o 2000,- za právníka a další 2000,- za výmaz dluhu po předchozím majiteli. Na katastru říkali ze 99% insolvenčních správců jim to posila do datové schránky protože pro správce je to zdarma! Poprosil jsem ji jestli by byla tak hodna a odeslal to tam a přišla mi odpověď že své povinnosti splnila podle zákona.
