★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakupuji zde pravidelně, vždy se sem těším díky skvělému, vstřícnému a ochotnému personálu, několikrát jsem si nechala uplést různé druhy copánků a vždy naprostá spokojenost, také mi byly doporučeny vhodné produkty, které perfektně zabírají, jde vidět, že jsou tady lidi na správném místě, které to baví. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když platíte, je paní majitelka velmi ochotná a milá. Jakmile však nastane nějaký problém, odmítá se k němu postavit a vše hodí na zákazníka. Vlasy byly krásné. Nebyl žádný problém. Po pár dnech se mi však z extrémního utažení začaly dělat bolaky na hlavě. Dodám, že na copanky jsem chodila pravidelně několik let k jedné z nejlepších pletařek v Brně a nikdy nebyl sebemenší problém. Nyní jsem musela vlasy po týdnu sundat, I přes veškerou péči boláky však nemizely ( upozorňuji že bolaky byly na místech utažení a "suků"). Při umývání vlasů my polovina mých vlasů vypadala a stále padá. Po kontaktování paní majitelky s žádostí o adekvátní řešení (peníze jsem samozřejmě zpět nepozadovala) mi zavolala, byla arogantní a odmítla situaci řešit. Prý nemůže za moji blbou genetiku. Takže dokud platíte, jste v suchu. Jakmile však nastane problém, dá od něj ruce pryč. Asi ji pojem zákaznická zkušenost nic neříká.

After a few days, however, my head began to ache from extreme tightening. I would like to add that I went to one of the best knitters in Brno regularly for several years and there was never the slightest problem. Now I had to take my hair off after a week, but despite all the care, the sores did not disappear (I point out that the sores were in tightening and "knots"). When washing my hair, half of my hair looked and still falls. After contacting the owner with a request for an adequate solution (of course, I did not request the money back) she called me, was arrogant and refused to solve the situation. He says he can't blame my stupid genetics. So as long as you pay, you're dry. However, when a problem arises, she puts her hands away from him. The concept of customer experience probably doesn't mean anything to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was trying to find a way to braid my hair since I moved from America to Czech Republic, and found this most excellent place. Being African-American/Jamaican, was very hard to find someone professional. Very comfortable and warm atmosphere, lovely people, and very professional advise when it comes to taking care of your hair and styles. Will be going back forever as long as I am here in Brno to get my hair braided. Highly recommended for both women and men!
