★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sprzedawca wysłał mi używany, niepełnowartościowy towar pomimo tego, że zapłaciłem za przedmiot nowy. Próby wyjaśnienia sytuacji zaowocowały jedynie szeregiem bezczelnych odpowiedzi ze strony sprzedającego. Absolutnie odradzam współpracę z tym podmiotem.
 The seller sent me a used, defective item even though I paid for a new item. Attempts to clarify the situation only resulted in a series of brazen responses from the seller. I absolutely advise against working with this entity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polovica objednávky neprišla. Klamú a tvrdia, že som tovar obdržala. Mám dôkaz - do krabice sa už nezmestí a kuriér mal doručiť len jeden balík. V druhej polovici zásielky, ktorá prišla, je nedomaľovaný tanierik. Nedá sa im dovolať. Pozor!!! Nekupujte od nich nič, lebo prídete o peniaze!!!
Half of the order did not arrive. They are lying and claiming that I received the goods. I have proof - it will no longer fit in the box and the courier was only to deliver one package. In the second half of the shipment that arrived, there is an unpainted plate. They can't be called. Warning!!! Don't buy anything from them, because you will lose money !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od júla s nimi riešim vrátenie peňazí, prešli 3 mesiace a stále dookola rozprávajú o tom, že peniaze už poslali, potom prídu na to, že nie, že ekonómka zabudla, že už pošlú a STÁLE NIČ. Nikdy viac si od nich nič nekúpim a rozhodne NIKOMU ich neodporúčam. Strašné. Cez internet nakupujem vždy a už niekoľko rokov, no toto sa mi stalo prvý krát. A už sa tam neviem ani dovolať . Bodaj by sa im takýto prístup vrátil.
I have been dealing with a refund with them since July, they have been through 3 months and they are still talking about the fact that they have already sent the money, then they will find out that no, that the economist has forgotten that they will send and STILL NOTHING. I will never buy anything from them again and I will definitely not recommend them to ANYONE. Terrible. I have always been shopping online for several years, but this happened to me for the first time. And I can't even call there anymore. I wish such an approach would return to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobry den koupil jsem 2x led pásky RGB 5m+ovladač+trafo a malém jsem vyhořel. Jedno trafo začalo po 10 min smrdět a pak odešlo a na druhem se dalo smažit. Jinak ovladač i led pásky ok. Nevím jak a jestli je možné reklamovat pouze trafo. Mělo by se to dodávat s kvalitnějším trafem. Radši bych dal o 80kč víc a děti by alespoň nebyli zklamaný a ja vytočenej.
Hello I bought 2x LED tapes RGB 5m + driver + transformer and I burned out a small one. One transformer started to stink after 10 minutes and then left and the other could be fried. Otherwise the driver and led strip ok. I do not know how and if it is possible to claim only a transformer. It should come with a better quality transformer. I would rather give 80 CZK more and at least the children would not be disappointed and I would be dialed.

Sprzedający proponuje inny towar bądź rekompensatę finansową za usunięcie negatywnych komentarzy na allegro. Ta firma to jedna wielka porażka
