A hlavne maji k vam uctu a respekt, chovaji se k vam mile a snazi se vyresit kazdy problem. Zkratka si zde nepridadate jako kus z davu co jde na porazku jako u jiste konkurence. Fandim jim a preji hodne uspechu. Wide selection of garden equipment at prices fully comparable to larger competitors. Nice spacious and generously designed shop. And most of all, they have respect and dignity for you, they treat you kindly and try to solve every problem. Po 4dnech jsem se v telefonu dozvěděl, že to objednali. Po týdnu stále nic a když jsem volal, vždy obsazeno. Tak jsem vždy napsal mail. Ale na maily již nikdo vůbec nereaguje. Takže Nic nevím a tráva roste. Mohli rovnou říct, že nic nebude a já bych objednal jinde... Mohl jsem již mít vše dávno vyřešeno, kdybych se touto firmou nezdržoval a tudíž 14dnů od objednání nic nemám... Absolute customer ignorance. I asked for a spring on a foreign tractor. The answer came quickly, but when I confirmed that I would like to order it, no one answered. After 4 days, I learned on the phone that they had ordered it. After a week still nothing and when I called, always busy. So I always wrote an email. But no one responds to emails at all. So I don't know anything and the grass is growing. They could immediately say that there would be nothing and I would order elsewhere ... I could have solved everything a long time ago if I had not stayed with this company and therefore I have nothing 14 days from ordering ...
