★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodněkrát jsem se setkal s neochotou personálu a i malou arogancí ve stylu, že to na co se ptám, je přece jasný a musí to každý vědět. Kdybych to věděl, tak se přece neptám ne?
Dnes mě ještě pobavilo, že na stránkách hlásíte otevřeno, ale prodejna je zavřená. Věnujete se trošku víc zákazníkům, kteří nejsou z oboru a aktualizujte pracovní dobu na webu.
A možná by stálo i zainvestovat do lepšího pokladního systému a nečekat na účtenku 20 vteřin, nedej bože když chce zákazník platit kartou méně jak 100 Kč - to je další minuta + si musíte vyslechnout, že je to málo a jít se 3x podívat do auta, jestli nemáte drobný.
Při velikosti této firmy a značky na trhu bych čekal úplně jinou úroveň.

And maybe it would be worthwhile to invest in a better cash register system and not wait 20 seconds for a receipt, God forbid if the customer wants to pay less than CZK 100 with the card - that's another minute + you have to hear that it's not enough and go see the car 3 times, if you don't have change.
Given the size of this company and the brand in the market, I would expect a completely different level.
