Aida Cafe

When I read reviews of friendly staff, we were probably unlucky. My colleagues and I visited the café before heading back home. Like everyone, I think he likes to choose with his eyes right at the shop window, because it's better than from the printed menu. But the staff sent us to the table quite indiscriminately that we have to choose there and that he will come. So we went to sit down. A colleague who was with us but can't sugar pulled out a special nutrition bar so that she would at least have something and not look at us with misty eyes. The attendant shouted at her that she must not have it there. A colleague tried to explain that it was a food bar and not a deli sweet. The lady smirked at her and said, "Well, I saw that." There were 6 of us, we planned to have quite a lot and, in case of satisfaction, leave a tip. After the staff reacted to something she didn't know about, and with a mocking and contemptuous style, we changed our minds. I would expect decent and kind behavior from a woman who works in a pastry shop with people and children. We would understand the regulation and my colleague would eat the bar later. That's how we were happy to leave, and I'd throw the lady, being her boss, for an hour. At least for a few days to settle. This is not how customers are treated. And a pity, because the desserts were very good and we would like to stay longer and try more ....
