I simply solved everything I ever needed via the application in the phone / internet banking, which are also well graphically processed and very clear. Too bad they canceled the TOP3 interest guarantee on the savings account, even though they promised it was "forever"

I do not recommend you to go to the bank and this is a major problem for the deaf This is a major problem for the deaf and for a long time .. 1) Air Bank refused to deal with the deaf through an interpreter or with their parents. The deaf has a problem talking and has to hand over to his mom to make a call..Someone has to go to the branch and it's a waste of time..This is a huge shame ... 2) Can't you respect for the deaf when someone has a communication problem and is it necessarily that someone has to show when they are deaf? These are branches ... This is AUDISM !!! 3) Who wants a better condition for the deaf, so you go to another bank such as Česká spořitelna, etc ... 4) Air Bank cannot make the condition for the deaf. For example: Who wants to call, so Air Bank should ask a "communication password" for the deaf ..... So they can do nothing and discrimination ..... You are embarrassing the deaf and not thinking about disability ....

Do you wanna wait for 30 minutes because there is only 1 person in the whole bank? Go here. The online experience is great though but this is just terrible.

Bad experience. It was really bad. Visited this bank to open a bank account. I've called them and double checked what is necessary for opening a bank account. I got an answer that 2 IDs are enough if I can speak English. I visited here after 1.5hours and I got an answer that I can open a bank account because I don't come with a translator. Never heard about translator. OK, the bank wants to stay safe. I understand that. But what if there's a misunderstanding occurs, how they can verify that is not their problem? And 'a translator' is necessary to open a bank account? One of the most privacy and security necessary things is banking. But I should take translator or Czech speaking friend/colleague with me and show all information about me?? Is it serious?? If bank is not confident to inform their client properly, they should tell that 'we don't accept foreigners'. I asked the staff what is his/her name to write an official claim letter. But they refused to let me know their names. They know that their privacy is important but clients' privacy seems not that cared well in this bank. If there's a zero star, I should have chose it.

Just called the AirBank help line, asking, if there is a plan to provide their website and app in English language. Answer: "No, we are Czech bank." Considering how many Czech banks offer English interface, I wonder if such answer from the AirBank employee represents the company culture or more of the Czech's mentality. Really sad...
