Employees are obviously not trained and do not have the decency to introduce themselves by name and surname, if, on the contrary, the client introduces himself to them and submits an official identity document for verification. For example, the actions of a reception technician in any authorized VW car repair shop in the Czech Republic are 100 times better and on a precisely prescribed standard of conduct. The shame of Czech banking in this branch also lies in the fact that if you need something, the employees are hidden in the back and there is no one to help you with the change. Therefore, it is DEFINITELY better to choose another branch of the bank, or if you are not explicitly interested in a bank without (obviously friendly, accommodating) people and without fees, another better-established bank. A significant breach of security is that the employee himself is present when you enter the security password via the keyboard on the monitor. Although the employee pretends not to look, this approach to security within the bank does not inspire general trust. Therefore, this bank does not meet the preconditions for the security of internet banking, as it should leave the seating area in such a way that the security conditions are met and it cannot under any circumstances look away. An ATM with the possibility of a deposit is really the only advantage.

I have a bad experience with this branch. Very reluctant staff who are rude and do not want to talk and work with foreigners. I thought that the bank was international and that I was not Czech would not be a problem. Unfortunately, this is not the case and the workers are taking the nationality.

This branch loses clients faster than others manage to recruit. The worst branch of the worst bank. Absolutely insanely arrogant staff. Horrible, unprofessional behavior. A bank adviser is really useless. Lack of interest in meeting the requirements. Completely uneducated in the field, lack of interest in the client. They are also unable to solve simple problems.

You can also hate the bank, in this case the branch. If Miss Péťa is at the branch, I recommend turning around and going somewhere else.

I used the services of the local branch and I was satisfied with the approach, which is not always usual. I was not unnecessarily bothered by products that I am not currently interested in. I did what I needed, got some information that can be beneficial from a very communicative staff.
