 The worst customer approach I've ever had that has been going on for several years. You better go shopping elsewhere, fortunately there are enough normal airsoft stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenosti s tímto obchodem nejhoršího kalibru. Oznámil jsem na Českou obchodní inspekci neochotu prodejce provést odstoupení od smlouvy v záruční době, navíc v 5 měsících od data zakoupení. Jednání prodejce s ČOI bylo naprosto zarážející, arogantní a výsměšné.
Experience this business of the worst caliber. I notified the Czech Trade Inspection Authority of the seller's reluctance to withdraw from the contract during the warranty period, in addition within 5 months from the date of purchase. The seller's dealings with the CTIA were absolutely startling, arrogant and ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdravím všechny . Co se týče čekací doby na servis , tak tady nám to trochu skřípe ? ( je dost možné , že mají hodně práce ) . Komunikace přes e-mail 50/50 někdy čekáte na odpověď hooodne dlouho a někdy dostanete odpověď jedna dvě ? . Když už má mechanik zbraň na stole , tak tady nemám absolutně co vytknout . Sám zavolá ( aj zahraniční hovory ) , vysvětlí , poradí , doporučí atd. super komunikace . Je vidět , že ví co dělá a pak tu máme čekání na potvrzení platby aby byla zbraň vyslána nazpět . To mě trosku mrzí , protože musíte čekat než potvrdí přijetí platby aj přes to , že pošlete printscreen odchozí platby přes e-mail ? ( trosku chápu, protože v dnešní době lidi ojebavaji všude a všechny ) . Podtrženo a sečteno : nejsem šťastný ale ani zklamaný a doporučuji všem tento servis ?

Greetings to all. As for the waiting time for service, here it is a little squeaky ? (it is quite possible that they have a lot of work). Communication via e-mail 50/50 sometimes you wait for a response hooodne long and sometimes you get a response one two ?. When the mechanic already has a gun on his desk, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. He will call himself (including foreign calls), explain, advise, recommend, etc. super communication. He can see that he knows what he's doing, and then we're waiting for confirmation of payment for the weapon to be sent back. I'm a little sorry about that, because you have to wait for the payment to be confirmed, even though you send printscreen outgoing payments via e-mail (I understand a little bit, because nowadays people fuck everywhere and everyone). Bottom line: I'm not happy but not disappointed and I recommend this service to everyone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is way too much for this scam. I have ordered a toy gun from them for about 100 euros. The box was opened, parts of the gun half assembled so it was probably an already returned product. The battery was different voltage (7.2) than the charger (8.4) and what was described in the manual (also 8.4). And the gun was not working of course. When I described the problem to the support, stating the battery is charged to 7.8V (I measured it) they replied that the gun needs 8.4V. I replied with a photo of the shipped 7.2V battery. They replied that the manufacturer switched it to the lower voltage and advised to overcharge the battery to 9V which I did eventually but it did not fix the issue. After that they told me that I 'must use stronger battery'. At this point I started to ask for a refund which they ignored twice so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received a used gun. I have sent many emails and photos, but I do not get a answer. Do not buy products here. they send junk and they don't respond to email or phone. If they don't fix this soon I will make a youtube video so everyone can see what they sent me. I will post the link here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store I've ever shopped at (not just airsoft). On the website they have available merchandise, which they do not have in stock. As compensation, they offer to sell the goods that they do not have available on website but can sell behind it. In response to my request for a refund, they delayed responding to emails. The order was in April, and to this day they still have not returned the money. I do not recommend it to anyone. There exist far better shops. Scammers.
