★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragický nezájem o moje peníze. V prosinci 2018 jsem do firmy zavolal, že má zájem o klimatizaci. Paní mi sdělila jméno prodejce s tím, že mu mám poslat poptávku. Poptávka odešla, odpověď nedorazila. V dubnu jsem zkusil poptat podruhé, tentokrát prostřednictvím formuláře na stránkách. Nabídka dorazila a i když byla vyšší, než jsem očekával (40.440), reagoval jsem na ní s tím, že firma může nabídnout termín, kdy mě navštíví k prohlídce místa montáže, jak bylo psáno v nabídce. Na tuto mou odpověď už nikdy nikdo nezareagoval.
Oslovil jsem jinou firmu, ta mi nabídla tutéž klimatizaci o 1/4 levněji, také včetně montáže. Nakonec jsem od této jiné firmy vybral místo Samsung renomovanou japonskou značku s lepšími technickými parametry, i tak vyšla o 15% levněji, než nabízený Samsung od ait-česko, a to včetně montáže a cesty montážníků z Prahy.
Tragic lack of interest in my money. In December 2018 I called the company that it was interested in air conditioning. The lady told me the name of the seller, saying that I should send him a request. Demand left, no response. In April I tried to inquire a second time, this time through the form on the site. The offer arrived and although it was higher than I expected (40,440), I responded to it, saying that the company could offer a date to visit me to inspect the assembly site as written in the offer. No one has ever reacted to this answer.
I approached another company, which offered me the same air conditioning 1/4 cheaper, including assembly. In the end, I chose a renowned Japanese brand with better technical parameters from this other company, even though it came out 15% cheaper than the Samsung offered by ait-Czech, including assembly and assembly trip from Prague.

Luxurious approach, top communication and willingness to seriously explain everything and choose the most suitable product with regard to the wishes and requirements of the client. I can highly recommend the heat pump from this company!

Na poptávkový formulář nepřišla vůbec žádná odpověď, po následném kontaktu zákaznické linky mi bylo předáno telefonní číslo na zástupce společnosti. Ač deklarují instalaci klimatizace do 14 dní, čekal jsem jen na nabídku 8 dní (během kterých mi ani nebyli schopní odpovědět na e-mail s dotazem, kdy mohu nabídku očekávat). Nabídka sice dorazila, mezitím jsem však měl již nákup hotový + dohodnutou montáž u konkurenční společnosti, která mi navíc stejnou službu poskytla o 30% levněji a garantovala montáž dříve, než z AIT vůbec přišla cenová nabídka.
Tragic communication of a company representative. There was no response at all to the inquiry form, after the subsequent contact of the customer line I was given a telephone number to the company's representative. Although they declare the installation of air conditioning within 14 days, I only waited for the offer for 8 days (during which they were not even able to answer my e-mail asking when I could expect an offer). The offer arrived, but in the meantime I already had the purchase ready + agreed assembly at a competing company, which also provided me with the same service 30% cheaper and guaranteed assembly before the price offer even came from AIT.
