★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! The service is great, the staff is very nice. The breakfast is okay and the location is perfect: Metro is just nearby, many restaurants and there's a shopping centre 5 minutes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price for what you get. Rooms are great, bathroom is the best. Reception doesn't look so great, but the room are totaly different. Breakfast is ok if you are not to picky. Metro is 5m from hotel. Car parking is near, but it cost 12€ a day. I realy recommend it for short stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't judge by its cover !! From the outside the hotel looks rather dull but wait till you enter your room ? you gonna be surprise of so much effort they put in there. Great bed, spacious room, comfy pillows, full room amenities including mini bar and don't forget the view from your room as we are in top floor !! The front office staff also very attentive, polite and helpful ... definetely will recommended to anybody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quietest hostel ever. If you are looking for a peaceful night of sleep, this is your place. The room decoration seemed depressing though quite spacious. Location is great, pretty close to Charles Bridge and to the prague castle and the alchemist museum. there are nice cafes around. There is almost no social atmosphere, free breakfast is nominal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful front desk staff. Room was clean, modern amenities...affordable and super close to the metro. Long term parking is directly across the street. Perfect locale for a first time visit to a lovely city. Prague is affordable without being cheap...this means a lot. Other destination cities should take note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, great location, walking distance from the mall and the subway stop. They receptionist was so nice, and gave me a nice room with a nice view, and a balcony. The rooms were clean, however compared to the quality the price was a little high. Breakfast was included, so that's always good to have. The thing that I hated is that you have to take over 10 stair steps in order to reach the reception then the elevator, while that's hard when you have a heavy bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathrooms really good, room spacious, staff fine and breakfast fine. We booked it as it was rated 'fabulous' & many said it was clean. On our last morning we spotted fingernails and Q tips on the floor by the balcony (too cold to open it other days) which the staff didnt seem too bothered about upon checking out.
Photos are misleading and unfortunately that experience made us question the cleanliness of the entire hotel - not a nice feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms comfortable and clean. Very centrally situated to the tram/bus/metro station. Close to a major shopping centre and lots of great eateries. They serve a great breakfast and staff are all friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when in Prague.
