★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U mnie spora budowa,u mamy cały dół domu wraz wykończeniem.Pomimo iż stary dom i spotkało ich sporo niespodzianek..typu rurki z wodą + prąd w miejscu wykucia nowych drzwi...brak nadprozy w kilku oknach to zasługują na pochwalę...nawet hydraulika załatwili.Okna już mają 5miesiecy i narazie wszytko super.pozdrawiam.
I have a lot of construction, we have a whole bottom of the house along with the finish. Despite the fact that the old house and there were a lot of surprises ... type of tube with water + electricity in the place of forging new doors ... no lintel in several windows deserve praise ... they even took care of the plumbing. The windows already have 5 months and for now everything is super. Regards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ W końcu ktoś mi doradził na co tak naprawdę zwrócić uwagę podczas zakupu okien... Co olać a na co zwrócić uwagę. Warto było zainwestować kasę w te taśmy i progi ciepłe. Wygląda mega solidnie. Zobaczymy jak będzie później....narazie same pozytywy ale czas pokaże jak będzie w trakcie użytkowania. Pozdrawiam
In the end, someone advised me on what to really pay attention to when buying windows ... What to ignore and what to look for. It was worth investing money in these tapes and warm thresholds. It looks very solid. We will see how it will be later .... for now only positives but time will show how it will be in use. greetings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie mam zastrzeżeń co do samego produktu, ale obsługa klienta pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Po pierwsze na okna czekaliśmy kilka miesięcy dłużej niż zapis w umowie. Po drugie jeśli chodzi o serwis - ciężko się dodzwonić, a jeśli już się uda ustalić termin, firma i tak się nie stawia.
I have no objections to the product itself, but customer service leaves much to be desired. First of all, we waited for the windows for several months longer than the contract entry. Secondly, when it comes to service - it's hard to get through, and if you can already set a deadline, the company does not put up anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jakbym mogła dałabym zero, nie polecam tej firmy ABSOLUTNIE, sugeruję iść gdziekolwiek indziej. Okna zamówiliśmy 3 szybowe (14 sztuk), zostały przywiezione 2-szybowe. Okna zostały założone z obietnicą, że panowie wrócą i wymienia same szyby i listwy. Ostatecznie firma nie wywiązała się z obietnic, okna nie mają podpisanego odbioru i pozostają dwuszybowe... Z początku właściciel jeszcze odbierał telefony i zrzucał winę na swoich montażystów, pogodę, dużo pracy itd., po czym przestał odpowiadać i po prostu sprawę olał. Przy całej budowie piętra to była najgorsza firma z jaką mieliśmy nieszczęście współpracować.
If I could give zero, I would not recommend this company ABSOLUTELY, I suggest going anywhere. The windows we ordered 3 glazing (14 pieces), were imported double glazing. The windows were founded with the promise that the gentlemen would come back and replace the glass and slats themselves. Ultimately, the company did not live up to its promises, the windows do not have a signed reception and remain double-glazed ... At first, the owner still received calls and blamed on his fitters, the weather, a lot of work, etc., after which he stopped answering and simply lost the case. During the entire construction of the floor it was the worst company we had the misfortune to cooperate with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie polecam, a wręcz przestrzegam przed firmą Akron potęcjalnych klientów. W moim oknie pękły dwie wewnętrzne szyby w różnym odstępie czasu. Na wymianę pierwszej szyby, którą firmą Vertex uznała za źle zamontowaną czekałem ponad 3 miesiące. Na wymianę drugiej jeszcze się nie doczekałem (za kilka dni minie drugi miesiąc). Właściciel firmy jest osobą nierzetelną i nie zasługuje na zaufanie przyszłych klientów. Natomiast firmą Vertex nie powinna współpracować z takimi ,,firmami". NIE POLECAM!!!
I do not recommend, and even warn potential customers against Akron. In my window, two internal windows cracked at various intervals. I waited over 3 months for the replacement of the first windshield, which the Vertex company recognized as incorrectly mounted. I have not waited for the exchange of the second one (in a few days the second month will pass). The business owner is unreliable and does not deserve the trust of future customers. However, Vertex should not cooperate with such "companies". I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
