I absolutely do not recommend this company. When negotiating the contract, I communicate promptly and listen to everything possible. After paying the deposit, the delivery date starts to be separated from various reasons, they do not have such a large drill and they are allowed to leave, and eventually they completely stop communicating and you can only claim the deposit in court. Avoid them by far !!!

I ordered the dew equipment they have on the e-shop - I paid them in advance (cheaper postage), the package came in 4 days. Everything is alright.

The waiting time was longer, but on the other hand it was balanced by the quality of the product. Terrarium is very nicely done. I live on the other side of the country, yet they brought me the terrarium, directly assembled in the apartment and explained how to use the installed equipment. For now I have half a year and everything is running as it should. I give 4 stars out of 5, for a long wait for the product ....

Don't do the stupid thing like us and don't order a terrarium here. The terrarium is not delivered, only excuses, lies ... In short ... We have been promised several times that the terrarium will be delivered, but we do not have a terrarium.

Ordered 500l aquarium with cabinet and equipment. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery. However, the aquarium is nicely processed, no visible glue anywhere, cleaned. Cabinet nice and solid. It's as I imagined. All equipment was in the aquarium so I ordered it. So I am satisfied with the result.

The agreed delivery time of 20 weeks, the total price of about 20 thousand, deposit immediately 8 thousand. After the advance payment was not communicated, it was a problem to call ... the terrarium came exactly one year after ordering. They have in business terms that they just have a year, even when communicating and specifying the order promised max those 20 weeks. The behavior of a butcher dog, tomorrow we deliver you a terrarium, weighs 160kg and maybe from that ... we don't care. The bedding and the heating stone were also paid. The heating stone burned out as soon as it was put into the drawer and the bedding was absolutely unsuitable for the royal python, even though they already have a box in the first form for which kind of terarium will be intended. Never more.

Hello, I would like to strongly warn all potential customers of this company, which looks very professional and experienced, but acts falsely and indiscriminately, if it communicates at all and which is not really a company but a self-employed Tereza Kulová ID: 01843672. 14.11. In 2019 we ordered a custom terrarium. We sent the first request for delivery on 12.12. 2019, when, after a week of waiting for an answer, we were assured that the terrarium would go into production in the second half of January. In mid-February, I wrote a question again about delivery, after a week I was answered again that the terrarium is already in production and will be delivered soon. At the beginning of March another question, now even an answer with the addition that the terrarium will be sent in the next few days. At the end of March, there were excuses that the production was due to a coronavirus pandemic, but why, according to them, it had already been produced and is waiting to be sent in a few days? Since the beginning of May, communication-non-communication has shrunk only to threats of legal consequences and constant forwarding of business conditions, while they have pointlessly claimed that they have a delivery time of 12 months, even though this was not true even according to their pseudo business conditions. I will not prolong it. We don't have a terrarium or a deposit until now. And I don't understand that this quoted company can still exist in the market and accept orders. Mainly because they chose support for self-employed people in the anticovid program from taxpayers' money, it was probably their most important business of the year ?
