reakce pana Železného patří společnosti Aktiva reality, která sídlí na Praze 1 a jejich praktiky by se daly nazvat slovem "šmejdi", Bohužel se jmenuje vaše společnost podobně a tak schytáte občas negativní hodnocení. Měl jsem si tehdy stěžovat u ARK ČR, ale bohužel jsem to nedotáhl. Kéž by někdo z nově poškozených podal podnět.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodáváme byt bez spolupráce s realitní kanceláří. Kontaktoval nás pan Trpák s dotazem jestli by mohl nabízet byt svým klientům. Dohodli jsme se, že ano, ale pouze neveřejně a že nechceme aby byt nabízeli na internetu. Inzerát se následně objevil na stránkách realitky a také na serveru hyperreality.cz. Po naší stížnosti se nám omlouvali s tím, že to byl omyl, nicméně druhý den se inzerát opět objevil na internetu. I po opětovné stížnosti se inzerát opět oběvil na internetu, takže se rozhodně nejedná o omyl. Realitní kancelář silně nedoporučuji, nabízet byty bez souhlasu majitele je podvod.

After our complaint they apologized that it was a mistake, but the next day the ad again appeared on the Internet. Even after the complaint was repeated, the ad appeared on the Internet again, so it is definitely not a mistake. Real estate agency strongly recommend, offering apartments without the consent of the owner is a fraud.
