He has experience in one word of tragedy. I ordered the goods on November 19, 2018, accepting the order and instructions for payment arrived throughout the day. I sent the money stated in the email to the e-shop account within a few minutes of delivery. After three days when I did not receive any feedback about the further processing of my shipment, I re-read the email where the invoice was hidden in the stitched text ... Here came the first problem, the price of two emails and an invoice differed. So I immediately write an e-mail regarding my order why nothing happens after 3 days and I point out an error in the invoice. I did not receive an answer. After another three days (November 26, 2018) I am sending another email as it is with my order that nothing is still happening and that I would like to see an answer. Without reaction. On the same day, an SMS arrives from the Czech Post that it took over the package. Delivery 11/28/2018 I really have no idea what's hard about all this. To take 9 days to get a stupid package is really incomprehensible. Even from aliexpress it sometimes comes faster .. Too bad I have to give 1 star. I would give 0.
