★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme tam s manželkou sami. Okamžitě se nám prodavačka věnovala se zjevnou snahou nás v našem požadavku uspokojit. V rámci možností (sortimentu) jsme byli uspokojení.
 My wife and I were there alone. The saleswoman immediately addressed us with an obvious effort to satisfy us in our request. We were satisfied within the possibilities (assortment).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfetni zverimex kde sezenete jinde nesehnatelne, a kdyztak neni problem objednat pres eshop, ci u pani prodavacky, ktera je mimochodem proste nejlepsi. Uzasne mila a vstricna pani. Radost zde nakupovat :) ceny bezne, obcas i nižší nez byva zvykem.
Perfect pet store where you can sit elsewhere unobtainable, and if it is not a problem to order through the e-shop, or from the saleswoman, who, by the way, is simply the best. Awesome nice and accommodating lady. A pleasure to shop here :) prices are normal, sometimes even lower than usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostý organizační chaos při nakupování. A pokud chcete ještě dostat vynadáno od povýšeně chovající se prodavačky, pak je to místo pro vás. Já tam chodil rád, ale dnes jsem tu byl naposledy.
Absolute organizational chaos when shopping. And if you still want to get scolded by an arrogant saleswoman, then this is the place for you. I liked going there, but I was here for the last time today.

Good prices, nice selection and friendly service. A little cramped spaces, but nothing terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, this is my favorite place to get pet supplies in Prague. I don't speak any Czech, but staff is always very kind to me. They a wide variety of products that you can buy online and pick up at the store. Prices are reasonable and products are good quality (unlike Pet Center which sells overpriced bad quality products). I bought a 94cm tree for my cat and many pouches of Royal Canin hairball. My cat approved ☺️
