★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto firmu mohu jen doporučit. Po dlouhém hledání firmy k zastřešení bazénu jsem narazila na firmu Al-Lex. Cena se mi oproti ostatní zdála podezřele levná, nicméně proběhla špičková komunikace, vstřícnost, profesionalita, perfektně provedená práce přesně dle domluvy. Dokonce nám i poradili, jaké zastřešení vybrat, i když námi zvolená varianta byla mnohem dražší,pán nedoporučil a zpětně mu moc děkujeme. Chválím kudy chodím a spoustu známých už si od nich nechalo zastřešení taky realizovat. Ještě jednou moc díky za super práci!
I can only recommend this company. After a long search for a company to cover the pool, I came across the company Al-Lex. Compared to the others, the price seemed suspiciously cheap to me, however, there was top communication, helpfulness, professionalism, perfectly executed work exactly according to the agreement. They even advised us which roofing to choose, even though the option we chose was much more expensive, the gentleman did not recommend it and we thank him very much in return. I praise where I go and a lot of acquaintances have already had the roofing realized by them. Thanks again for the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U zastřešení po 3 letech odešly zcela gumy kryjící přechody mezi jednotlivými díly a také spodní gumy na čelech. Při reklamaci bylo řečeno, že to se u některých někdy stává. Je mi jasné, že záruka je 2 roky ze zákona, ale tady bych očekával pro klienty vstřícnost. Nejen, že si koupíme zcela nové gumy, ale také si je budeme muset sami namontovat, protože na nás mají čas až za 8 měsíců, tedy po sezóně.

During the complaint, it was said that this sometimes happens to some. It is clear to me that the warranty is 2 years by law, but here I would expect helpfulness for clients. Not only will we buy brand new tires, but we will also have to install them ourselves, because they have time for us in up to 8 months, ie after the season.
