Helpful and smiling staff, the prices are a bit higher, but you have to reckon with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodavačka na dobrý den ani neodpověděla a dál koukala do telefonu. Při placení hrnku byla navíc drzá a nepříjemná. Tři nákupy super, čtvrtý totální bída. :(
The saleswoman didn't even answer for a good day and kept looking at the phone. In addition, she was rude and uncomfortable paying for the mug. Three super purchases, fourth total misery. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochotný, nepříjemný a arogantní personál bez obchodního přístupu. Hry mají super, ale kamenná prodejna a e-shop je hrůza. Ideálně nakupuji hry Albi od jiných prodejců.
Reluctant, unpleasant and arrogant staff without business attitude. The games are great, but the stone shop and e-shop is awful. Ideally, I buy Albi games from other retailers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought set of balloons: mix of 2 foil and 5 latex. One latex exploded an hour after, next day other 4 we found on the ground... Director of the shop over the phone explained (nicely) that latex ones last 12-24 hours max. However most upsetting that shop assistants did not inform about that the day we bought them, we would have chosen something else. Whole service was a bit weird (shop assistants did not know anything about promo items advertised on their site, eshop prices do not apply in their store I was explained at the end..). We were charged 330 kc only for their work, so a person would expect little bit more pleasant and informative interaction. Second time we bought overpriced items there and this time it was a last time. Would recommend competitor stores instead.
