This year we bought a swimming pool and a roof from Albixon and I can only recommend it. Satisfaction with only one, service and quality!

V	Vladimír Vaněk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, nevěřím vlastním očím, když tady čtu recenze, jak je personál v Olomouci profesionální, maximálně tak v přesvědčování a slibování. Celý proces jsem absolvoval před cca 2 lety. Na prodejně sliby, že bude vše bez problémů, při samotné realizaci - nebyli schopni poradit, zda bude dostatečná elektroinstalace, protože technici musí pracovat a né radit a "proškolení" prodejci nevěděli vůbec nic. Po stavební přípravě jsem chtěl, aby se na ní přišel podívat někdo od Albixonu a převzal staveniště. Slíbeno, pak samozřejmě nikdo nedorazil, až dovozce s bazeném, který ovšem s Albixonem nemá nic společného a v podstatě takto to vypadalo až do samotného konce. Po sezóně pak přišla na řadu reklamace, protože se odlepily schody a jeden spoj stěn bazénu. Naštěstí to slepili, ale opět sliby, že přijedou s vaky, kam odčerpají vodu a pak ji zase vrátí do bazénu, byly jen sliby. Opět tedy napustit a chemicky ošetřit za svoje. Tedy pokud si někdo bude chtít od Albixonu objednat bazén, což nedoporučuji, dobře si prohlédněte prodejce, protože to bude naposledy, kdy někoho od Albixonu uvidíte. Vše podstatné si budete muset zařídit sami, tato firma pouze bazén vyrobí a zprostředkuje převoz bazénu k Vám, jinak nulový zájem a vše ostaní udělají IČaři, kteří s ní nemají nic společného. Hello, I can't believe my eyes when I read here reviews of how professional the staff in Olomouc is, maximally in persuasion and promise. I completed the whole process about 2 years ago. At the store promises that everything will be without problems, during the actual implementation - they were not able to advise whether there will be sufficient wiring, because technicians have to work and not advise and "trained" salesmen knew nothing at all. After the construction preparation, I wanted someone from Albixon to come and see it and take over the construction site. Promised, then, of course, no one arrived, except for the importer with the pool, which, however, has nothing to do with Albixon, and basically it looked like this until the very end. After the season, it was time for a complaint, because the stairs and one joint of the pool walls were peeled off. Fortunately, they glued it up, but again, the promises to come with bags to drain the water and then return it to the pool were just promises. So soak it again and treat it chemically for your own. So if someone wants to order a pool from Albixon, which I do not recommend, take a good look at the dealer, because this will be the last time you see someone from Albixon. You will have to arrange everything essential yourself, this company will only manufacture the pool and mediate the transport of the pool to you, otherwise zero interest and everything else will be done by IRA, who have nothing to do with it.
