Office hours until 20:00 but at 18:30 dark everywhere and the door closed ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto příšerný přístup, v době otevíracích hodin není nikdo přítomen. A dopídit se otevírací doby je v podstatě nemožné, takže na vyšetření stále čekáme.
Absolutely awful approach, no one is present during opening hours. And it is basically impossible to find out the opening hours, so we are still waiting for the examination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi vřelý a ochotný přístup pana doktora i sestřičky. Byla jsem v okolí na rekreaci a začalo mě bolet ucho a pan doktor mě ochotně přijal, i když nejsem místní. Ošetřil mě a vše mi vysvětlil.
Very warm and helpful approach of the doctor and the nurse. I was in the area for recreation and my ear started to ache and the doctor willingly accepted me, even though I am not a local. He treated me and explained everything to me.
