To svědši o solidním eschopu můžu jenom doporučit I complained about the thermos, the complaint was settled immediately. A new one was sent so fast I didn't even count. Zaslali nový kus skoro okamžitě a zabalený pro jistotu opravdu antišokově. Doporučuji všem Absolute satisfaction, the goods arrived damaged, but the incredibly quick response to the complaint made up for it. Při řešení reklamace neuspějete. I definitely do not recommend buying from this company. They try to reject the complaint without physically seeing the goods. I have never encountered this. Avoid the arch. You will not succeed in resolving the complaint.
