★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na eshopu zverimexu ALFA Zoo nakupuji již delší čas granule, kapsičky, veškeré doplňky stravy, hračky a podestýlky pro naše dva kocourky. Mají zde velký výběr, zboží je vždy perfektně zabalené a velmi rychle ho že skladu vyskladňují dopravci. Též s personálem obchodu je vždy osobní komunikace na jedničku.
I have been buying granules, pouches, all food supplements, toys and bedding for our two kittens at the ALFA Zoo pet shop e-shop for a long time. They have a large selection here, the goods are always perfectly packed and very quickly removed from stock by carriers. Also with the store staff, personal communication is always the number one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S eshopem jsem byla velice spokojena, urcite budu příště zas objednavat. Ceny granuli, ktere bereme mely nejlevnejsi, rychle odeslani zbozi. Navic omylem prisly granule misto junior pro mala plemena pro velka plemena tak jsem to s nima resila, okamzita odpoved a omluva a druhy den jsem mela ty spravne opet doma. Za posledni mesice jsem uz dvakrat naletela s jinyma dvema eshopy(konkretne orelshop tam jsem cekala necele 2mesice na zbozi a raj zvirat ty se do dneska neozvaly vůbec, tam misto objednanych 10kilo granuli prislo pouze 1,5kg takze ty rozhodně nedoporucuji). Takze jsem byla po dlouhe dobe prijemne prekvapena, s timto eshopem.

In addition, the granules were mistaken for juniors for small breeds for large breeds, so I solved it with them, an immediate response and an apology, and the next day I had you right home again. In the last few months, I have flown two other e-shops twice (specifically, orelshop, I was waiting for less than 2 months for goods and the animal paradise has not been heard at all until now, instead of the ordered 10 kilo granules, only 1.5 kg was added, so I definitely do not recommend it). So I was pleasantly surprised after a long time with this e-shop.
