Pomohl mi najít technicky, esteticky a také finančně vhodné řešení, zajistil dodání produktu atypických rozměrů. V Alfatopení mi vždy poradili, ať už po emailu, tak i telefonicky. Je pravda, že jsme na radiátor čekali déle, ale bylo to v době těsně po lockdownu, takže to chápu. Přišel krásný a velice kvalitní produkt. Celá konstrukce mě překvapila svou pevností a kvalitou laku. Když jsme po nějaké době potřebovali ještě nějaké drobnosti, opět odpovídali okamžitě na emaily, telefonicky vysvětlili, našli řešení problému a zdarma poslali, co bylo třeba (i když už od nás měli všechno zaplaceno a mohli by se na nás vykašlat). Opravdu mohu jen doporučit! Excellent and fast communication. Mr. Vilgus really knows a lot about the products he offers. He helped me find a technically, aesthetically and also financially suitable solution, he ensured the delivery of a product of atypical dimensions. At Alfatopení, they always advised me, both by email and by phone. It's true that we waited longer for the radiator, but it was just after the lockdown, so I understand. A beautiful and very high quality product came. The whole construction surprised me with its strength and quality of paint. When we needed some small things after a while, they immediately replied to emails again, explained by phone, found a solution to the problem and sent what was needed free of charge (even though they had already paid everything from us and could cough up at us). I really can only recommend!

To bylo v listopadu 2019, kdy jsme si objednali radiatory znacky Therma s dodanim v lednu 2020. Zalohu ve vysi 50% jsme zaplatili okamzite. Prvni varka radiatoru dorazila po dlouhych urgencich nekdy na konci unora. Doted (11.5.) nemame radiator do jednoho pokoje, ktery neustale urgujeme, zastupce Therma neustale slibuje nejaky termin a zamestnanci Alfatopeni neustale slibuji a odvolavaji se na zastupce Therma. Kdyz slibi, ze zavolaji, nestane se tak, musime je stale nahanet my. Bohuzel jsme moc zklamani :( Edit: Ano, potvrzuji, co je napsano nize, nakonec jsme 13.5. radiator dostali s velkou slevou a jsme s jeho designem moc spokojeni. Verime, ze zasadni problem nebyl primo u spolecnosti Alfatopeni, ale u dodavatela Therma. Pridavam par hvezdicek. That was in November 2019, when we ordered Therma radiators with delivery in January 2020. We paid a deposit of 50% immediately. The first batch of the radiator arrived after long emergencies sometime in late February. Doted (11.5.) We do not have a radiator for one room, which we are constantly urging, a Therma representative is constantly promising a deadline and Alfatopeni employees are constantly promising and they are referring to a Therma representative. When they promise to call, it won't happen, we have to keep chasing them. Unfortunately we are very disappointed :( Edit: Yes, I confirm what is written below, in the end we are 13.5. they got the radiator with a big discount and we are very satisfied with its design. We believe that the fundamental problem was not directly with Alfatopeni, but with the supplier Therma. I'm adding a couple of stars.
