★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Добрый день, работа для 3х месячных кто не знает языка, никто не учит вообще, учат 2минуты и вперёд с песней! Все к работе относятся халатно. Людей не ценят, могут в один день убрать с производства, причины находят быстро. На людей могут и кричать, наладчики работают медленно, нормы высокие по сути. Где не работала такого не встречала. Единственная благодарность отдел кадров, там нормальные люди, но они не чего не решают,очень не довольна, мы там просто ломовые лошади, нет ротации на позициях, можнозагубить руки. .
