Přesto, že zpracování zahrady a následná montáž se o něco zpozdilo, jsou ochotni s vámi komunikovat, zodpovědět všechny dotazy a vyhovět všem požadavkům. Ze zimní zahrady jsem naprosto nadšená a předčila mé očekávání.
 Absolute satisfaction! The sales representative's approach is very professional and helpful. Despite the fact that the garden processing and subsequent assembly have been delayed a bit, they are willing to communicate with you, answer all questions and meet all requirements. I am absolutely thrilled with the conservatory and exceeded my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aktualizace 29.4.: Zimní zahrada je namontovaná, je pěkná a vypadá kvalitně. Nakonec musím vyzvednout skupinu montérů v čele s panem Navrátilem a také pana Vacka, který se mnou dle slibu pravidelně komunikoval stav výroby naší zimní zahrady. I přes ten dlouhý termín dodání jsem nyní SPOKOJENÁ a až si firma doladí termíny montáží věřím, že bude mít samé doporučující recenze a spokojené klienty. …..7.4.22 Smlouvu na montáž zimni zahrady jsem podepsala 4.6.2021 a zálohu ve výši 70% jsem zaplatila 24.6. 2021. Termín montáže dle smlouvy byl 14.10.2021. Do dnešního dne nemáme zimní zahradu namontovanou. Po neustálem mailovém i telefonickém urgování mi byl přísliben závazný termín montáže v 16. týdnu tohoto roku. Bohužel dnes e-mail opět s informaci o zdržení a možná se to povede v květnu ?!

Despite the long delivery date, I am now SATISFIED and when the company adjusts the assembly dates, I believe that it will have the same recommended reviews and satisfied clients. .7 ..7.4.22 I signed the contract for the installation of the winter garden on June 4, 2021 and I paid a deposit of 70% on June 24. 2021. The date of assembly according to the contract was 14.10.2021. To this day, we do not have a winter garden installed. After constant e-mail and telephone urgings, I was promised a binding assembly date in the 16th week of this year. Unfortunately today an email again with information about the delay and maybe it will work in May ?!
