Jsou to profesionálové s perfektním přístupem k zákazníkovi. Nemají přemrštěné ceny a se vším si poradí. Zejména paní Jana Fuchsová je člověk na svém místě... Dlouho jsem se nesetkala s tak vstřícnou a milou osobou. Díky! L	Lukas Novy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od tohoto servisu jsem sice právem, avšak velmi naivně očekával pomoc s tehdy 11 letou Carismou - sama zkušenost je stará sotva pár let. Už při telefonické domluvě byli sprostí, když se dozvěděli, že jde o staré auto. Doslova mi arogantní pracovník řekl, abych si spočítal, kolik let to auto má. Ve finále mi nabídli škrtící klapku za 50 tisíc, což přesahovalo cenu celého auta. Nakonec jsem problém vyřešil jinde za pár korun a auto sloužilo ještě spoustu let a slouží dokonce dodnes jinému majiteli. Když to shrnu: arogance, neochota a snaha vydělat na neznalosti druhého - každý se holt v autech vyznat nemůže. Dnes už do toho vidím a hnal bych je sviňským krokem. Je to už pár let zpátky, možná se osazenstvo změnilo, nicméně za sebe silně nedoporučuji. Even at the telephone appointment, they were rude when they learned that it was an old car. Literally, an arrogant worker told me to calculate how many years the car was. In the final, they offered me a throttle for 50,000, which exceeded the price of the whole car. In the end, I solved the problem elsewhere for a few crowns and the car served for many years and still serves another owner. To sum it up: arrogance, reluctance and an effort to make money on the ignorance of others - not everyone can confess in cars. I can see it today and I would drive them with a pig step. It's been a few years, maybe the staff has changed, but I don't strongly recommend it.
