Jde o skutecne profesionaly, navice veskera spoluprace byla ve znameni velmi sympaticke a prijemne komunikace a snahy maximalne ve vsem pomoci a vyjit vstric. Kupoval jsem svou prvni nemovitost a vse bylo ztizene tim, ze jsem byl dlouhodobe pracovne v zahranici. Diky spolecnosti Alisen jsem vse dokazal vyridit v zasade za tri navstevy CR (prohlidka nemovitosti, podepsani smluv, prevzeti nemovitosti), o vse ostatni se postarali profesionalove (konkretne pani Wenigrova, ktere asi budu vdecny do konce zivota) ze spolecnosti Alisen - provereni nemovitosti (vcetne detailni technicke prohlidky s vysledky zaslanymi mailem), zarizeni veskere administrativy, vyjednavani s vlastnikem nemovitosti (prekvapive mnoho veci, ktere jsem nebyl sto domluvit sam, se podarilo domluvit pani Wenigrove), sestaveni smluv, organizace jejich podepsani, vyrizeni prihlaseni energii, proste vse. Cena se mi sice zpocatku zdala mozna trochu vysoka, ale az na konci transakce jsem pochopil, jak vyborny je pomer cena vykon, jak velky prinos jsem ziskal za cenu 1% z ceny nemovitosti.
