★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od pana Krajicka jsem si v září roku 2018 kupovala coverlock s tím, zé mi hi dodá i s lemovacem, který přivezl s sebou, ale ke stroji nepasoval. Odvezl si ho a Slíbil mi, ze ihned následující pracovní den mi zašle ten správný. Po roce volání a dotazování, kdy mi zašle můj zaplaceny lemovac, jen sliboval, vymlouval se a nakonec po více jak 15mesicich lemovac stále nemám a nemám už ani sílu se někoho dožadovat o své zboží! Proto pan Krajíček je velmi nespolehlivý clovek a nedoporucuji nakup u této firmy. Nehledě na to, ze není lehké se dovolat a cokoliv s nimi vyjednávat! už bych si u nej nekoupila ani jehlu!!!!
I bought a coverlock from Mr. Krajick in September 2018 with the fact that he would also supply me with a hemmer, which he brought with him but did not fit the machine. He took it and promised to send me the right one the next working day. After a year of calling and asking me to send my paid hemmer, he only promised to make excuses, and after more than 15 months of the hemmer I still do not have the power to ask someone for my goods! Therefore, Mr. Krajicek is a very unreliable man and I do not recommend buying from this company. Apart from this, it is not easy to call and negotiate anything with them! I would have bought it even with a needle !!!!
