A wide range of products is displayed and fast delivery times are offered.
Unfortunately, it is already taking 14 days to deliver our Alkohol.cz order via InTime (for which you pay €5 extra).
The experience is extra sour thanks to the fact that chat support is not responding (we opened 3 sessions during daytime), e-mails are not answered and the phone line is out of order.
We had to contact their 3rd-party supplier (InTime) to get a status update (after holding the line for only 24 minutes).
This all makes Alkohol.cz a party I do not recommend.
Our suggestions:
1) Get a proper chatbot on the website to answer basic requests
2) Turn on your support phone
3) Proactively update your clients when a delay occurs (which can happen and we understand)
4) Reply to e-mails
5) Open a bottle of whisky and bring a toast to a customer that wanted to do business and whose intent died away, slowly. A litte more every one of the 13 days we’ve been waiting... until the customer was fully gone.
The good news is that instead of celebrating St. Nicholas with bubbles, we now have a botte to enjoy during Christmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought three bottles of whisky from this shop so far, two times from the stone shop located in Žižkov, and this week I ordered online due to quarantine.
Staff in the shop always knew exactly where the bottle I wanted is and it's price.
The order online was delivered super fast despite the nationwide quarantine.
I definitely recommend this shop for buying whisky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess for pick-up it could be 5 stars -- but 'In Time' gets 0 stars. They are literally the worst courier service. They don't let you know when they're coming, and they take AGES to deliver a package from across the city. I could've walked there and back in half the time. Or less, in fact, because I still don't have the package?! They tried to deliver 1 of the 2 packages today without letting me know they were coming... so I wasn't home. Yet online it now says that 1 of the 2 packages was delivered. This shipping cost 240kc... what am I paying for, exactly? I placed my order 9 days ago, it got delayed cos some things weren't in stock... but they sent it out 5 days ago. And I still don't have it. Super disappointed with this whole experience and am not expecting to even receive it at this point. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has a huge variety of all kinds of spirits and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as modifiers to pick from, so if you are looking so something specific to stock your home bar with you will probably find it here. The website offers a good insight into the assortment of goods and the stock so you can take a look before visiting the store or you can order online, although the threshold for free delivery is a tad high at 5000czk but overall the delivery options are good even if you decide to pay for them. In the Prague area it's usually same day delivery so if you are in a pinch they could come in handy. The location is fairly accessible by public transport and not too far off from the city centre.
