U této firmy se opravdu věnovali závadě, kávovar za pár dnů opravili, vyměnili vadné komponenty, vyčistili a kávovar opět skvěle funguje. Ti pánové v té firmě opravdu rozumí své práci, umí vysvětlit co s přístrojem je a proto mohu jenom doporučit. I wanted to have the coffee machine repaired, they had a lot of talk at another branded service in the sense of buying a new one, etc. ... and they offered a high price. At this company, they really dealt with the defect, they repaired the coffee machine in a few days, replaced the defective components, cleaned it and the coffee machine works great again. The gentlemen in that company really understand their work, they can explain what the device is like and that's why I can only recommend it.

S ničím není problém a ještě Vám uvaří dobrou kávu. Málokde se setkávám s kvalitou služby tak jako zde. Doporučuji! Great communication, customer orientation. Coffee machine repair promised within a week, done in 3 days. The technician solved the defect of the older coffee machine well and cheaply. They have no problem and they will still make you good coffee. I rarely encounter the quality of service as here. I recommend!

Tchyni funguje na 100 procent a jsme spokojeni oba Gentlemen are master repairmen. Diagnostics on hold and excellent advice. My old coffee machine is repaired. I gave it to my mother-in-law and bought a new one in the meantime. Mother-in-law works 100 percent and we are both satisfied

Donést tam špionážní družici, říci ,,kurna nějak to zlobí,, věřím že oni to dají dohromady. Společnost se stala konzumní, ovšem oni opravují a dávají věcem novou šanci, postarají se, poradí, upřesní co a jak aby nedocházelo k těm nepříjemným překvapením. A neřešte místo, má své kouzlo a kluci jsou fajn Panečku ,. I would advise many to stop, literally. Those guys can handle everything. Bring spy satellites there, say "fuck somehow angry," I believe they'll put it together.
