Ale komunikacia a pristup je sklamanim - prisiel som so starymi hodinkami Polar S725X na VYMENU BATERIE. Po 20min cakania som sa dockal - bateria vymenena, ale k tomu: kontrola kontaktov, kontrola tesnosti, kontrola historie, kontrola X, kontrola Y, vycistenie X, vycistenie Y... atd. MNOZSTVO NEVYZIADANYCH a hlavne neodkomunikovanych sluzieb a celkovy ucet 580,-Kc(!). To bola ta najdrajsia vymena hodiniek, o akej som kedy pocul. Za taku cenu by som tieto stare hodinky, ktore pouzivam na jediny ucel - ukazovanie casu - dnes uz ani nepredal. Bol som tomuto obchodu verny 8 rokov, ale asi dozrel cas na zmenu, konkurencia je inde. Service technically on a high level, all original parts and work quality. But communication and access is disappointing - I came with an old Polar S725X watch to replace the battery. After 20 minutes of waiting, I got the battery replaced, but to do this: check contacts, check for leaks, check history, check X, check Y, clean X, clean Y ... etc. QUANTITY OF UNSOLVED and mainly uncommunicated services and total account 580, -CZK (!). That was the most expensive exchange of watches I've ever heard of. For such a price, I wouldn't even sell these old watches that I use for one purpose - showing time - today. I have been faithful to this business for 8 years, but I guess the time has come to change, the competition is elsewhere.

Podle internetu jsem měla platit 150kc a výsledná cena byla 500kc. Příště by měl pan prodavač informovat a zeptat se, zda dotyčný souhlasí i s tím a tím a ne mu to nauctovat bez zeptají se. O	Ondra Šulc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poprvé jsem využil servisních služeb tohoto centra. Se zde zakoupenými hodinkami jsem přišel na ZÁRUČNÍ opravu. Jaké bylo mé překvapení, když jsem po vyzvednutí odcházel o 200 Kč lehčí. Nikdo se mnou nic nekonzultoval, nikdo mi netelefonoval, abych daný PLACENÝ servisní úkon odsouhlasil - dost neseriosní jednání. Na můj dotaz, proč se na daný servisní úkon nevztahuje záruka (jednalo se o zamáčknutné tlačítko) mi bylo prodejcem sděleno, že tam "byl sajrat a tak jsem to čistil ultrazvukem" - to tedy vážně nepovažuji za odpověď. Takový přístup k zákazníkovi moc nechápu. Tento velmi nepříjemný zážitek kazí jinak celkem dobré služby. For the first time I used the service of this center. When asked why the service is not covered by the warranty (it was a push button), the seller told me that there was "a shit and so I cleaned it with ultrasound" - so I really do not consider it an answer. I don't really understand such an approach to the customer. This very unpleasant experience spoils the otherwise quite good service.
