EDIT (December 23, 2020) - I will leave the original post here. But I have to add the following: the owner called on the night of December 21, 2020 and apologized very, very. He offered a solution to have a piano at home by Christmas - with free express delivery. When it went bankrupt due to overloading the forwarding company, he took his car and drove my piano more than 350 kilometers directly home. So I really appreciate his approach. Even though there were mistakes that were not often caused by his fault, the final approach really won me over. So in the end, perhaps satisfaction and carols, we will play with the children on the new piano :-) For that, I added two stars to the rating. ----------------- original review ----------------------------- Before ordering the Korg G1B Air WA digital piano, which they had in action with a ten percent discount and available on request, I asked via SMS when the piano would be available. The answer came immediately that he would stock it on December 10, 2020. So I immediately ordered and paid for the piano. On December 12, I called the infoline myself, where I asked when the piano would be delivered and if they already had it in stock. I received the answer that they would arrive on December 15, 2020 and that they would send it immediately so that it would arrive before Christmas. When I did not receive any message on December 17, I called the infoline again, where the goods are. But another worker, who didn't know much, picked it up and promised to find out and let everything know. In 3 hours, they really called themselves and said that the particular type simply would not be at all (probably in February). They offered me to send another type of piano (with a different color) immediately so that it would arrive by Christmas. I agreed to the change. But today, December 21, no info again, nothing. You can't call the store, nobody takes it. So really change your mind before you buy anything in this store. Especially if you are in a hurry for the product. I ordered and paid on November 29, now it's December 21 and I have nothing. The Christmas present, if at all, will arrive probably sometime in January :-(

Very fast delivery. The guitar that came to me was not well fooled, but the gentleman immediately sent me a new one after a quick agreement, so I exchanged the original with a courier without any complications :)

I paid in advance for the connectors to the cabling, no response from the e-shop, the owner (contact phone to the e-shop) does not respond to SMS, emails for 14 days. I have neither goods nor money. Fraudulent e-shop, I will solve it from the CTIA and the Police of the Czech Republic.
