★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotnejší a vstricnejsi personál som v poslednej dobe nenašiel ako tu. S akutnou alergiou a astmou ma vzali takmer "hneď". Milá sestrička, milá pani doktorka ktorá vysvetlí všetko čo je treba. Zmenu liekov na alergiu vyrieši receptom cez email (formulár na webe) u mňa veľké plus v dnešnej dobe plnej technológií. Veľa ordinácii jak súkromných tak štátnych by si malo brať príklad z nich.
 More attentive and spirited staff I haven't found here lately. With acute allergy and asthma, they took me almost "immediately". Dear nurse, dear lady doctor who will explain everything that is needed. Changing allergy medication will be resolved by a recipe via email (form on the web) with a big plus in today's technology. Many practices, both private and state, should take an example of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před chvílí jsme se vrátili. Objednané časy nehrají roli. Když jste kolega z oboru nebo známý tak máte přednost. A ty výmluvy stojí zato. Pan doktor byl objednán telefonicky. Kdy? 20 minut před příchodem? . Zbytečně strávených 30 minut našeho života. A není to poprvé co se tohle opakovalo. Již nikdy více. Končím s lékařem který není schopen si zorganizovat pracovní dobu aby nebili dotčeni pacienti. Děkuji nemám zájem trávit čas v čekárně.
We came back a while ago. Ordered times do not matter. If you are a colleague in the field or known, you have priority. And those excuses are worth it. The doctor was ordered by phone. When? 20 minutes before arrival? . Spent 30 minutes of our lives. And this is not the first time this has been repeated. Never again. I end up with a doctor who is not able to organize his working hours so that the affected patients are not affected. Thank you, I am not interested in spending time in the waiting room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak zde si udělám čas a napíšu hodnocení. Sestřička po telefonu arogantní a hovor byl pro ní obtěžující. Posilala mne do Prahy,že to máme blíž... atd. Asi nepotřebují nové pacienty...
So I will take the time here and write an evaluation. The nurse on the phone is arrogant and the call was annoying for her. She sent me to Prague that we were closer ... etc. They probably don't need new patients ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vynikající paní doktorka. Mohu jen doporučit. Vždy mi vyhověla, vše probere podrobně a přístup je opravdu profesionální. A největší plus odpovídá obratem při akutním problému. Nejlepší jsou doktoři jen v Mladé Boleslavi. Mám spoustu zkušenosti hodně negativních v jiných krajích i městech a proto jen chválím, ze v Mladé Boleslavi jsou opravdový doktoři.
Excellent doctor. I can only recommend. She always agreed with me, she discusses everything in detail and the approach is really professional. And the biggest plus corresponds in turn to an acute problem. The best doctors are only in Mladá Boleslav. I have a lot of negative experiences in other regions and cities, so I just praise that there are real doctors in Mladá Boleslav.
