★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosta neochota cokoli resit, pokud nejste klientem jejich kancelare. Pry nejsou pobocka Allianz. Na strankach Allianz tak jsou ale vedeni, meli by to tedy opravit, takhle to stoji zbytecne projete kilometry. Zajimave, ze na jinych pobockach vse resi bez problemu i kdyz nejste jejich klientem. :( Pokud neco potrebujete, lepsi navstivit rovnou jinou pobocku!
Absolute reluctance to solve anything unless you are a client of their office. They say they are not an Allianz branch. However, they are run on the Allianz website, so they should fix it, this is how it stands for unnecessary mileage. Interesting that in other branches everything solves without a problem even if you are not their client. :( If you need something, it's better to visit another branch!
