★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán velice neochotný, odpálkoval mě jen po první otázce. Chtěla sem se zeptat na cestovní pojištění a založit si ho, ale pán mi dal brožuru s tím, že tam vše najdu. Kdybych měla přístup, jako pán na pobočce, už bych v mé práci letěla.
The Lord was very reluctant to launch me after the first question. I wanted to ask about travel insurance and start it, but the gentleman gave me a brochure saying I could find everything there. If I had access as a lord at the branch, I'd fly in my job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem tam asi třikrát (9, 10:30 a 12:30 )ale na pobočce nikdo nebyl. Měli mít otevřeno, nedodržují pracovní dobu.
I was there about three times (9, 10:30 and 12:30) but no one was at the branch. They should be open, they do not observe working hours.
