Positives: - Quality products that have a great effect on the immune system (unlike garlic, when consuming Allivictus, there is no human smell of garlic). - He also pleased the gift to order - cream. - He amused another gift, which they packed (a bag with garlic :-) - we will use this one too :-)) Room for improvement: - The only form for sending an order is Česká pošta, which will automatically use the services of Slovenská pošta, which has been asleep in Slovakia for many years. Despite the notification and the request in the order that we would like to pay extra for another delivery person, the order was sent in the manner already mentioned. The result, the courier of the post office at least called us (thumbs up :-)) and after the shipment we went by car to a village a few kilometers away. Therefore, those who are not interested in running by car to the courier of Slovenská pošta should rather use the services of an intermediary. For example, it also has the following products: ALLIVICTUS Tincture 3X25ML - MojaLekáreň.sk (mojalekaren.sk) (they also send via alternative couriers and a mail order company). - I also see room for development in customer service - for example, setting up automatic responses to orders and phones if they are unavailable to customers. I understand that we made the order and paid on December 20, 2021, but it would be enough for an automatic answer that it will be processed only at the beginning of the New Year, at least some information is better than none :-).
